LinkedIn offers a suite of solutions, including Sales Navigator, a robust relationship management tool for sales professionals and businesses.

As the sole instructional designer on the Sales Solutions team, I was tasked with meeting the varying needs across our global customer segments and customer success teams with relevant and scalable learning resources.

Summary

  • When I first joined LinkedIn, customer success teams were making their own customer enablement assets. This presented several challenges: Education resources were misaligned with product messaging and updates, were noncompliant with brand standards, were siloed between team members, and took time away from CS and Sales to focus on high priority work.

  • I partnered with Customer Success, Sales, and Product, and localization leaders to design and implement scalable customer enablement resources, including playbooks, webinar training assets, and self-serve learning aligned with company messaging, brand and localization standards.

  • Launch of the LinkedIn Sales Navigator Learning Center with a streamlined portfolio of learning resources available to global audiences.

Localization

Customer Success and Sales teams were able to point customers to the hub to streamline enablement and ensure baseline expertise, while respecting the different nuances in cultures and practices across their global customer segments (NAMER, LATAM, APAC, and EMEA).

Learning center

I led the instructional design strategy to help launch LinkedIn Sales Solutions’ first customer learning center, Sales Navigator Hub. I managed the growing catalog of self-serve education, guides, asynchronous and synchronous webinars, and in-person training.

Cross-functional partnership

I partnered with Customer Success, Sales, and Product Management teams to design and implement scalable customer success strategies and resources, including playbooks and training assets to ensure consistent experiences.
